How Every Owner Of An Existing Leisure Facility
Can Now Add A Thriving Mini Golf Course Onto It

Without The Pain Of Doing It All Yourself!

Did you know that most owners of a leisure facility that want to add a mini golf course onto that unused piece of land on site never actually take it any further as they feel it’s too much hassle going through the process.

It’s true and here’s the problem you face. That piece of unused land on your site just sits there doing and earning nothing meaning you miss out on valuable additional income or the chance to increase customer visitor experience.

Which means your attraction will never reach its full earning potential.

Luckily for you, there’s a solution. Let me introduce you to our proven mini golf design and construction start to finish method that will overcome any fears or concerns you may have in getting the (golf) ball rolling. This is how our solution works…..

  • Set up a first meeting to discuss the kind of course best suited for your attraction by going through various themes/props and the available budget.
  • Arrange for a detailed survey to be carried out that will provide the information needed for the initial 2D drawings.
  • Complete 2D drawings and present them to you. The drawings will show you clearly how the course can be laid out and provide an opportunity to make any changes to the design.
  • Produce 3D drawings, finalise projected costs, final details, the high quality materials to be used and start dates. This provides you with complete clarity about the proposed project.
  • Start work on the ground with our highly skilled team and if required, discuss marketing ideas.
  • Complete works and then finally, the best bit – Grand Opening of your new mini golf course.

Now at this point you may be wondering, “Okay, so what credibility does this guy have?”

Well, let me explain. Back in 2016 while working on yet another project for one of my now competitors on a project in North Yorkshire, I looked across the Tees Bay towards my home near the sea side resort of Seaton Carew and decided it was time to move on and build my own course.

After a meeting with the local council to get some land, I put my proposal to the Planning Department and I was given the go-ahead. Lease with their legal team was then agreed and signed giving me a date to start work on site.

The funny thing is I had never taken on a project like this that involved me doing everything – including using my very own hard earned savings. Despite that, I knew I could carry it off and move the direction of my landscape business towards mini golf design and construction.

On 21 July 2019 after months of learning how to deal with every kind of swerve ball thrown at me, I completed the project and opened the gates of my very own course.

Fair to say, there’s not much that we don’t know about when it comes to starting and finishing a mini golf project. Have the t-shirt and am now proudly wearing it.

But don’t just take my word for it. Take a look at this:

A quote from, Simon Fitton, joint owner of a Mini Golf Course

“Chris and his team transformed the derelict area into a fantastic mini-golf oasis   without issue and always to plan. They completed ahead of the schedule and the quality of work stands today as there is very little ongoing maintenance or repairs necessary. Many thanks Chris!”

Andrew Smith, joint owner of a Mini Golf Course

We took everything the spring tide could throw at us and we’re still standing! Well done Olive Branch, a sound job”

And some comments from customers on my own course, Lofty’s Crazy Golf:

Natasha Ward, Billingham: “Visited here today for the 2nd time absolutely fabulous staff very helpful and a fun little game for a cheap price! Recommend to anyone who is looking to play a game or 2!”

Laura Louise Smith,Hartlepool: “We had a fantastic time today playing crazy golf! Really impressed with the course, well made, colourful and inventive. Will definitely be back.”

Daniel Cornforth, Hartlepool: “Took kids to play here today. Its a lovely course depicting scenes from our lovely town. Would highly recommend paying a visit. our 8 year old even got a hole in one on hole 8!”

Jim Silsby: “The owners clearly love their crazy golf by the effort they have put into crafting and maintaining their course. There are few gimmicks, but that works in its favour as it allows you to enjoy what a well-made course it is. We absolutely loved our day out here, even with children with a range of ages.”
